Seomax25 User Agreement

Welcome to Seomax25! This User Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the terms under which you may use our website, tools, reports, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using Seomax25, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. About Seomax25

Seomax25 is a subsidiary of Hang Digital Assets Inc. and is wholly owned by Mr. Nghia Nguyen. Throughout this Agreement, “Seomax25,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Seomax25 and its parent company. If you have any questions, you can contact us at: admin@seomax25.com

2. What We Do (And What We Don’t Guarantee)

Seomax25 provides SEO analysis, reports, and insights designed to help you better understand factors that may influence your website’s SEO performance. However, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We do not guarantee that your SEO score, rankings, traffic, or search engine position will increase.
  • SEO is influenced by many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, website changes, and third-party platforms.
  • Our analysis is performed in real time, and SEO conditions can change at any moment.
  • Results may vary due to the complexity of SEO and constantly changing data.
  • Our goal is to give you actionable information and guidance that may help improve your chances of achieving better SEO results—but success is never guaranteed.

3. Your Responsibilities

By using Seomax25, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes
  • Understand that you are responsible for how you use or apply the information provided

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Reports

Seomax25 subscriptions are recurring, whether billed monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose. Each plan includes a set number of reports or analyses per billing period. Unused reports do not roll over into the next billing period. Subscription fees are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for any payments made, including unused time or reports.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, reports, designs, and materials provided by Seomax25 are owned by Seomax25, Hang Digital Assets Inc., or their licensors. You may not copy, resell, modify, or distribute our Services without written permission.

7. Indemnification

You agree to protect and hold harmless Seomax25, Hang Digital Assets Inc., Mr. Nghia Nguyen, and their employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of this Agreement
  • Any actions you take based on the information provided by Seomax25

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Seomax25 is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost rankings, or loss of data.
  • Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid to Seomax25 in the three (3) months before the issue arose.

9. Governing Law and Legal Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any legal disputes must be handled exclusively in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will take effect once posted. Continued use of Seomax25 means you accept the updated terms. All decisions made by Seomax25 regarding these terms are final.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if this Agreement is violated or if misuse of the platform occurs.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between you and Seomax25 regarding the Services and replaces any prior agreements.
